Heyyy there! Thank you for following up..

My brother graduated highschool! Let me first introduce my siblings before I get further into the story. I have 2 younger brothers Shatrrughan (16 y/o) and Sachien (12 y/o). And yes, Shatrrughan was the one who graduated. The graduation took place on the 14th Nov 2018 and was held at our school’s auditorium (Regent International School, Klang).

I remember walking my little brother to class on the first day of school in 2009. We both went to a Tamil based primary school. As soon as the school bell rang, I would run out of class to wait for him just so we could walk to our van together. I was quite protective back then. Well I still am haha (a little). To see this baby grow up into this 6 feet boy, entering college is overwhelming. I’m very proud of you <3

Now let’s talk about the dress I wore for his graduation.

I absolutely LOVE this dress because it has a combination of two styles that I fancy.

Firstly, the mermaid cut. The slim fit with a flair ending gives it a feminine look. It’s elegant and I can wear it for different occasions. From birthday parties to a formal event.

Secondly, the lively snake print on the dress. The pattern on the dress looks very similar to a snakes’s skin. And I’m definitely a fan of snake prints now.

I bought this dress a couple of months back when I was shopping for my graduation dress. It came down to 2 choices and I couldn’t make the decision. What did I do? I bought them both! Have you ever had situations where you couldn’t decide on a dress and bought both (or all) your choices?

That’s it for today…see you next week

XOXO,

Gittanjali
